Robin Poirier, CSPO MHCA has over 27 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. Most recently, Robin worked at Ready Computing as a Business Analyst, where they facilitated the implementation of HIE technology solutions for businesses in the United States, Canada, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Prior to that, Robin worked at Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting LLC. as a Senior Solutions Specialist, providing business analyst support for complex application systems for hospitals nationwide. Robin also worked at Catholic Health Initiatives as an Applications Analyst, supporting multiple hospital information systems and third-party systems. Earlier in their career, Robin held various roles including Senior Applications Analyst at Howard County General Hospital, Applications Analyst at Care New England, and Director of MIS Training & Support at Home Health Care Associates. Robin has a strong background in project coordination, problem-solving, and implementation skills in the healthcare industry.

Robin Poirier, CSPO MHCA, has a diverse educational background. Robin obtained their MBA in Healthcare Administration from South University, studying from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelors in General Studies at Rhode Island College from 1991 to 1995. During their earlier years, they attended Wachusett Regional High School from 1972 to 1980, where they pursued a General Education program. In addition, they earned an Associates degree in Business Administration from Worcester Junior College between 1976 and 1978.

Robin Poirier has also obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance in November 2021.
