Susan Drexel

Susan Drexel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and project management. Currently serving as a Commercialization and Project Manager at Ready Foods Inc. since April 2022, Susan previously held the position of Director of Plant Operations at Allegro Coffee Company from October 2000 to July 2021, where oversight included roasting and production, shipping and receiving, and purchasing. Earlier in their career, Susan was a Merchandise Manager for Celestial Seasonings, responsible for selecting and purchasing product assortments for various consumer direct channels, and worked as a Buyer for May Department Stores from January 1984 to May 1996. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management from the University of Denver, earned between 1980 and 1983.
