Todd Root is an accomplished sales and management professional with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as the Director of Sales at Ready Pac Foods, Inc. since January 2015, Todd successfully expanded the company's market presence, generating over $18M in revenue and contributing to its acquisition by Bonduelle in 2018. As a co-founder and owner of Abilyn’s Frozen Bakery from 2017 to 2023, Todd pioneered a line of clean label and gluten-free ice cream cakes. Previous roles include Business Consultant for Sorbabes Gourmet Sorbet, Director of Customer Development at Nestle DSD, and Director of Sales for both National Accounts and emerging channels at Nestle - Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream. With an MBA in Finance from Syracuse University and a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Ohio University, Todd Root has demonstrated a strong ability to drive growth and innovation across various business segments.
