Donna McKay Kasznel

Donna McKay Kasznel has worked in a variety of roles in the past 37 years. Donna currently works as a Coordinator, Strategic Project Management for Ready Training Online (RTO) since 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Patient Ambassador for Novo Nordisk from 2016 to 2021. From 2011 to 2016, they were a Specialist/Student Success Coach, WKU Online/On Demand, Dept. Extended Learning & Outreach at Western Kentucky University, where they provided superior customer service to students and faculty. Donna was also the GSKyTeach Program Coordinator, where they served as a liaison between University departments and school district/State education departments. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as Office Manager at Z & S Machinery Inc., where they ran the business office with minimal supervision and supported all corporate departments. From 1998 to 2008, they worked as Office Manager at Mechtronics International, Inc., where they managed the day-to-day operations of the business and served as corporate interface for customers and vendors. From 1997 to 1998, they worked as an Editor at Deloitte & Touche, where they were part of a team that wrote, edited, and published detailed marketing material for a proprietary consulting product. Finally, from 1984 to 1997, they worked as a Production Supervisor at Merck, where they met and exceeded production goals while maintaining high-quality standards. Donna also supported the entire Pharmaceutical production division as the Safety Administrator.

Donna McKay Kasznel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Education from Ursinus College.
