Tam Minton is an Apps Advisor, Major Advisor, and Social Sciences professional at ReadyEdgeGo. Tam has also worked as a Freelance Blogger for The Huffington Post from January 2015 to May 2018. Throughout their fifteen years of experience working with teenagers and college students, Tam has taught at the university level as a teaching assistant at the University of North Texas and as a Lecturer at the University of Texas at Dallas.

While their own daughter was going through the college search and selection process, Tam realized their interest in college consulting and decided to pursue it professionally. In addition to their work in education, Tam is also a Professional Member of the Independent Education Consultant's Association (IECA) and is always looking for new opportunities to help students achieve their academic goals.

Tam Minton has a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from the University of Texas at Dallas, a Master of Science in Social Sciences from the University of North Texas, and various certifications from PADI, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and UCLA.
