Biniam Mekonnen

Biniam Mekonnen is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system administration and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Linux System Administrator at ReadyMode and as the Director of the Data Center Division at the Artificial Intelligence Center, Biniam has a strong background in Unix infrastructure, task automation, and ITIL framework implementation. Previous roles include Linux Infrastructure Administrator IV at Best Buy Canada, System Support Analyst at Scotiabank, and ICT Specialist at the Africa Center of Excellence for Water Management. Biniam's career also includes project management at XOKA IT Solution and consultancy roles at EAS, as well as leadership in IT operations at the Horn of Africa Regional Environment Centre and Network.
