Zoe King, M.A. (she/her) has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Zoe is currently working as a DEI Consultant at ReadySet since November 2021. Prior to that, in 2020, Zoe co-founded The Humanizing Initiative, where they focused on promoting respectful cultures and fostering leadership that values human dignity and well-being.

From 2021 to 2021, Zoe served as a DEI Consultant at Moxie Consulting Group, LLC. Before that, they held various roles at The George Washington University, including Senior Recruitment Partner from 2019 to 2021 and Recruitment Coordinator from 2019 to 2019.

Zoe also has experience working in the education sector. Zoe worked as a Department Operations Supervisor at The George Washington University Law School from 2017 to 2019 and as an Admissions Coordinator from 2016 to 2017. In addition, they served as an Educational Leadership Consultant at Alpha Xi Delta from 2015 to 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Zoe has obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021.
