Zoe King, M.A. (she/her)

Zoe King, M.A. (she/her) has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Zoe is currently working as a DEI Consultant at ReadySet since November 2021. Prior to that, in 2020, Zoe co-founded The Humanizing Initiative, where they focused on promoting respectful cultures and fostering leadership that values human dignity and well-being.

From 2021 to 2021, Zoe served as a DEI Consultant at Moxie Consulting Group, LLC. Before that, they held various roles at The George Washington University, including Senior Recruitment Partner from 2019 to 2021 and Recruitment Coordinator from 2019 to 2019.

Zoe also has experience working in the education sector. Zoe worked as a Department Operations Supervisor at The George Washington University Law School from 2017 to 2019 and as an Admissions Coordinator from 2016 to 2017. In addition, they served as an Educational Leadership Consultant at Alpha Xi Delta from 2015 to 2016.

Earlier in their career, Zoe gained valuable experience through internships. Zoe worked as an Editorial Intern at Gannett - USA TODAY NETWORK in 2013 and at Street Sense, where they reported on issues related to homelessness and poverty in Washington, D.C., facilitated writer's workshops, and contributed to website content and publication layout using WordPress and Adobe InDesign.

Zoe King, M.A. (she/her) has a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership and Learning from The George Washington University's Graduate School of Education and Human Development. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Multiplatform Journalism from the University of Maryland. In addition to their formal education, Zoe has obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021.
