Simon Kelso is the current Head of Strategy for Justice at ReadyTech. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Business Development for Tyler Technologies from January 2019 to December 2021. In this role, they were responsible for using their extensive experience working within government to provide information and advice as to how technology can enhance service provision to the community and drive efficiencies and process improvements for government organizations.
Before joining Tyler Technologies, Simon served as the Regional Registry Manager for the Family Court and Federal Circuit Court in NSW/ACT from January 2015 to December 2018. In this role, they were responsible for managing the operations of the Registry, including court administration, finance, human resources, information technology, and property management. Simon also oversaw the development and implementation of new initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Registry.
Simon has a wealth of experience in government and technology, which they use to drive innovation and improve efficiency in government organizations. Simon is a strong advocate for using technology to improve service delivery to the community and make government more efficient and effective.
Simon Kelso has a Bachelor of Social Science in Justice Studies from the University of Canberra and a Graduate Certificate in Public Sector Management from Macquarie University. Simon also attended Copland College and Melba High School.
Their manager is Marc Washbourne, CEO. They are on a team with Jacqui Graham - Head of Professional Services, Krista Moore - Head of Marketing & Communications, and Adam McInnes - General Manager, Open Windows.
