Craig Nilsen, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Craig currently works as a Brand Analyst at ReadyWise, where they are responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining processes to cost/price products by item, class, and category. Craig also handles special projects for the Corporate Controller. Prior to this, Craig held the role of Senior Professional Investment Pricing Analyst - Strategic Pricing & Deal Management at Ricoh USA, Inc. from 2012 to 2022. In this role, they served as an expert pricing consultant for the sales team executive level management, analyzing customer proposals/deals ranging from $1 M to $25 M. Craig collaborated with various organizational teams, including product management, finance and accounting, legal, and annuity stream executive teams, to ensure winning in the marketplace while achieving financial goals. Before joining Ricoh, Craig worked at IBM for a significant part of their career. Craig served as a Senior Professional Pricing Analyst, where they were responsible for process creation, development, training, and coordination of European and Asian pricing teams. Craig also provided pricing support for the eastern United States region and continuously improved pricing tools. Additionally, at IBM, Craig worked as an Accountant, Lead Financial Analyst, handling administrative accounting, ledger operations, financial analysis for the Marketing organization, and coordination for a $600 M budget. Throughout their roles at IBM, they received awards for their analytical skills and operational efficiency improvements.

Craig Nilsen holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on International Business at the University of Colorado.
