Spencer W. Graham II has a diverse work experience, starting in 1977 as a Computer Operations employee at Farmers & Merchants Bank. During their time there, they worked with IBM and Honeywell mainframes and printers. In 1982, they became an Agency Manager at an Insurance Agency, where they managed agents and field underwriters for the state of West Virginia.

In 2003, Spencer joined West Virginia University, initially as a Producer/Director & Media Specialist, responsible for operating and managing a distance learning video network for various educational programs. Spencer W. later became the Manager of Operations for the digital signage network within the University Relations Division, playing a key role in implementing digital signage in the higher education sector.

Since 2017, Spencer has been working as a Business Development Manager at Real Digital Media, focused on strengthening the company's market presence in the higher education segment. Their responsibilities include identifying and pursuing network opportunities, developing market strategies, attending relevant events, and assisting in the development of sales presentations and partnerships to enhance the company's solution offering.

Spencer W. Graham, II holds an MBA in Information Systems & Technology, which they obtained from West Virginia University from 1999 to 2002. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance - Investments & Banking) from the same university, from 1977 to 1981.

Before attending university, Spencer W. Graham, II graduated from Morgantown High School in 1977. Apart from their formal education, they also obtained a certification as a Digital Signage Certified Expert (DSCE) from the Digital Signage Experts Group in January 2009.
