David Pabon

David Pabon began his real estate business in 2006 after a successful career as an over-the-counter stock trader with one of the big banks on Wall Street in New York City. After meeting his wife, a Canadian citizen, he moved to Canada. David put his Economics degree from Binghanton University to use by buying and flipping properties. Wanting to get more into the real estate business, he obtained his real estate license. Later he expanded into appraisal services with a C.R.A. certification. Today David does mainly appraisals but also takes on select clients who are flippers, renovators, or builders. He prefers to focus on properties that are about 45 feet by 145 feet, mainly east of Yonge St.
