Gary Walterhouse

Gary Walterhouse entered the real estate business in 2010. At the time, he owned and operated his own moving company, Alliance Movers. The company was known for having the best record in the City of Toronto, and employed several people. Gary decided to get into real estate, after thinking about it for years, as a better way to serve people. As a mover, he had to earn complete trust from his clients because he was moving all of their personable belongings plus seeing their life on an intimate level. It also required problem solving, negotiating, people, listening and needs evaluation skills, all of which are necessary in real estate. As a Realtor, Gary takes the same approach by taking care of the whole process from packing to storage and you can trust he gets the job done with minimal fuss. He enjoys working with couples, retired people, people downsizing, and first-time buyers. Gary knows that real estate is about lifestyle changes, living the way you want to live and investing in the future.
