She is a Landlord and Property Manager with Investment Properties in the Upper Beach and Monarch Park Neighbourhoods and she knows Riverdale, Riverside and the Beach very well. Older houses are a real passion for her and she has a knack for upgrading the mechanicals/structure while maintaining or re-creating old house charm and architectural details.
