Joanne Dimovitis

Joanne has a demonstrated history of working in the real estate industry. She started her career as a legal secretary and is a certified real estate law clerk with the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario. Joanne also studied Environmental Management as she has a keen interest in the environment, nature as well as animal welfare. She has been an active fundraiser and Board member of an international animal rescue charity for the last 10 years. Her position working as a real estate legal secretary in law firms, then transitioned her to work for land developers and builders, which further expanded her experience and knowledge to new home building, condominiums, commercial and industrial projects. Her relationship with new home builders continues and as a result she has VIP access to new housing and condominium projects, in advance of public release. Her role as a sales administrator allowed her to work both with realtors and new homebuyers, often developing close relationships with homebuyers, as a new home can take approximately 2 years to complete from the time the initial contract is signed. She enjoys assisting people with their plans and choices and was involved with the homebuyer in every step of the process; from pre-construction to closing and after-closing customer care. Joanne's varied background in real estate and customer care has equipped her with the knowledge and understanding to assist and support people through the process of the sale of their property and/or buying their new home.
