Patrick Lowney

Patrick Lowney graduated with a diploma in Music Industry Arts from Fanshaw College in London, Ontario, before managing a recording studio for 5 years. Realizing that his recording industry career wasn't going to get him the growth he sought, Patrick decided to combine his interest in real estate with his love of dealing with clients and coordinating projects. He became a realtor in 2010. Patrick quickly realized his natural ability to figure out people’s needs, even when they may not know them themselves. He enjoys working with first-time buyers, helping them set up their future by often using their home as their retirement fund. Everyone needs a place to live, so why not use it as something to fall back on in the future. Patrick focuses in the Danforth and Coxwell Avenue area, dealing mostly with semi-detached and freehold homes. He tends to deal with more creative types who think more abstractly, rather than type ‘A’ personalities. Creative by nature himself, Patrick has been acknowledged by his peers for his paperwork, negotiation and interpersonal skills. His greatest strength, however, is his ability to figure out what his clients want, rather than what they think they want, which usually takes time. Patrick is a big believer in having a strong network of friends to around to enjoy life with and is known in the community for the social gatherings he organizes.
