Vania Likov

Vania Likov was born and raised in Sofia, Bulgaria where she pursued her studies at the University of Sofia and graduated with honors in both Psychology and Music. Upon arrival to Canada, she was faced with her biggest decision yet - a career choice. Leveraging her ability to speak 5 languages; Bulgarian, English, Greek, Spanish and Russian, combined with her strong social skills and her desire to help people, she decided to pursue a career in Real Estate. Vania quickly earned her Real Estate licence and because of her drive, determination and strong work discipline she became a top producer and was soon recognized as one of the top agents, featured in publications such as the Wall Street Journal, the Bulgarian Forum, and the National Post. Vania goes beyond typical expectations to provide the ultimate experience for her clients when buying or selling a home. Through her 20 year real estate career, she developed an outstanding ability to negotiate for the best possible results on behalf of her clients. Vania also holds a 3rd degree black belt in Karate and because of her love of animals volunteers at the Toronto Humane Society.
