George D. Jefferson

George D. Jefferson has extensive experience across multiple sectors, currently serving as the Director of Career Services/Job Placement & Student Services at Omega Recording Studios since January 2005, where responsibilities include overseeing operations within a nationally accredited school. Concurrently, since January 2002, George has been the Executive Director and Featured Presenter at The Leadership Academy.org, focusing on consulting and organizing workshops for corporate, government, and nonprofit entities. George also maintains a Principal role at a Real Estate Investment Group, actively involved in buying and selling distressed properties since June 1992. Previously, as the Associate Director of Student Life at Montgomery College from February 1992 to January 2003, George developed leadership curricula and fostered relationships across various departments and community organizations. George holds both a BBA and an MBA in Marketing and Business Management from Howard University, completed between 1975 and 1981.
