Cresenciano Yu has worked in the customer service and account management fields since 2004. Cresenciano began their career as a CSR 3 (Account Specialist) at ePLDT (Parlance Systems Incorporated) in 2004, where they were responsible for managing various customer issues, as well as talking to potential customers on the phone to sell products. In 2009, they moved to APAC, where they took on the role of Subject Matter Expert. In this role, they addressed customers concerns accurately and timely, ensuring accuracy of the content, and coaching and training agents on improving Customer Interaction and offering advisors guidance. Most recently, they have been an Account Manager at Real Estate IQ since 2022.
Cresenciano Yu is currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Education (BEd) program at RTR Medical Foundation. Cresenciano began the program in 2013 and is still pursuing it.
