Steve Johnson has over 17 years of experience in technical support and application maintenance. Currently serving as a Technical Escalations & Application Support specialist at Real Geeks since October 2018, Steve previously worked at Apex Clearing from June 2012 to March 2018 as a Production Support professional, focusing on application monitoring, troubleshooting, and client communication. Prior to that, Steve held the position of Sr. Production Engineer/Configuration Management at Penson Financial Services from February 2006 to June 2012, where responsibilities included problem-solving in trade processing and data management. Steve graduated with a BA in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University-Commerce in 2005.
