Kristina Waelde

Kristina Waelde is an experienced professional with a background in customer service, implementation, and training. Kristina is currently the Director of Onboarding, Implementation & Training at WorkWave since March 2022. Before that, they served as the Director of Implementation Customer Success at Real Green Systems starting in July 2020. Prior to their current roles, Kristina worked at Verint as the Manager of Deployment Operations from March 2017 to July 2020, where they led a team responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate software launches and customer satisfaction. Before that, they held various roles at ForeSee, including Senior Launch Expert and Satisfaction Research Analyst, where they managed multiple project implementations and provided customer insights for improving website experiences. Kristina also worked as a Senior Research Manager at J.D. Power and Associates, supporting automotive OEMs in identifying improvement opportunities. Kristina's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Consumer/Market Research Analyst at Johnson Controls Automotive.

Kristina Waelde obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Textile and Apparel Technology with a focus on Computer Aided Design from Western Michigan University, where they studied from 1993 to 1996. In 2005, they took courses in Statistics I and II at the University of Phoenix. Additionally, in April 2021, they obtained a certification in Disney's Approach to Leadership Excellence from the Disney Institute.
