Pratik Mahajan

Pratik Mahajan has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple roles and companies. Pratik started their career at Tata Infotech Limited in 1996 as a Sr. Software Engineer. After that, they joined Cadence Design Systems in 1998 and held the position of Senior Technical Lead for IFV and Project Lead for the Verilog-XL simulator team. In 2007, Pratik moved to Nusym Technology and worked as a Principal Engineer. From 2010 to 2021, they worked at Synopsys Inc, where they held various roles including Senior Director of Engineering, Innovation Lead, Cloud Technical Leader for the System Design Group, and Group Director R&D for Formal Verification. In their role as Group Director R&D, Pratik developed the VC Formal product, a leading formal verification solution, and successfully collaborated with over 100 semiconductor customers. Pratik was also responsible for hiring and retaining top talent and promoting innovation within the team. In 2023, Pratik joined Real Intent as the Associate Vice President of Product Management & Strategy.

Pratik Mahajan began their education at Delhi Public School - R. K. Puram in 1980, where they completed their primary and secondary schooling. In 1992, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (B.E.) at Manipal Institute of Technology, which they completed in 1996. Additionally, during this same period, they enrolled in an engineering leadership professional program (ELPP) at UC Berkeley College of Engineering in 2015. Moreover, in 2022, Pratik further enhanced their education by participating in the Technical Leadership Program (TLP) at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
