Lisa Allen

Lisa Allen has a diverse work experience. Lisa is currently an External Governor at Durham College since September 2020. Previously, they served as the Vice President of Risk and Internal Controls at Real Matters Inc. starting in 2016. Lisa was also a Partner at Deloitte Canada for almost 20 years, from 1997 to 2016. Additionally, they held the position of President of the Toronto Chapter at ISACA from 2008 to 2010.

Lisa Allen earned a Bachelor of Accounting (BAcc) degree from Brock University, where they studied accounting from 1994 to 1999. Lisa also obtained the Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant (CPA, CA) certification from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) in 2001. Lisa recently acquired an Advanced Good Governance Certificate from The College Centre of Board Excellence in 2021.
