Valencia Sheik

Valencia Sheik has over two decades of experience in operations and administrative roles, currently serving as Operations Manager at Real People since June 2000. Responsibilities include supervising a team of 15 staff members, planning daily operations, implementing business changes, and preparing payroll for the HR department. Additionally, Valencia compiles reports for management meetings, manages debtors and creditors, and extracts data using SQL. Prior to Real People, Valencia worked as an Admin Clerk at MAATSKAPPY BAX INCORPORATED, handling client files and general correspondence, and as a Cashier at Sales House, assisting in sales and merchandising. Valencia holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Business Management from the University of South Africa and has a strong educational background in accountancy and mathematics.
