Joseph Moreno

Joseph Moreno has over 25 years of experience in human resources. Joseph currently works as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Real Time Resolutions, Inc., where they provide strategic leadership and guidance for the company and oversees all HR functions. Prior to this role, they served as the Managing Director of Human Resources at the same company and also held the position of Director of Human Resources. Before joining Real Time Resolutions, Inc., Joseph worked as a Consultant in the field of education and career guidance. Joseph also has experience as the Director of Human Resources at Grapevine-Colleyville ISD and held various HR positions at Citi and Baker Hughes.

Joseph Moreno attended Baylor University where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Management and Entrepreneurship. In 2012, they obtained certifications such as SHRM Senior Certified Professional from SHRM and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI. Joseph also received additional certifications in areas such as Building a House of Diversity, Predictive Index Analyst, and Targeted Selection Behavioral Interviewing, although the specific years of obtaining these certifications are unknown.
