Chris Drews (Law Office of Christopher Drews)

Chris Drews has worked in the legal field since 1995. Chris began their career at Virgin as Senior Counsel, and then moved to The Walt Disney Company in 1999, where they served as Deputy Chief Counsel. In this role, they were responsible for leading counsel for Legal & Business Affairs, Business Development/Strategy for Disney Interactive, Disney's video game and interactive entertainment segment, and affiliates Maker Studios, Playdom, Disney Mobile/Tapulous, Club Penguin, GameStar (China), and more. In 2019, they opened their own practice, the Law Office of Christopher Drews, where they provide technology, web3, licensing, and general counsel services. In 2020, they joined Real Vision as General Counsel, and also became a Legal Instructor and Course Developer at AltaClaro.

Christopher Drews obtained a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Florida between 1985 and 1989. Chris then went on to receive a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Samford University between 1991 and 1994. Chris is also certified by the California State Bar and the United States Supreme Court.
