Damian Horner is the Chief Creative Officer & Co-Founder at Real Vision. Damian has over 25 years of experience in the advertising and media industry.

Damian started their career as a New Business Director at Lowe and Partners Worldwide in 1991. Damian was quickly promoted to Strategy Director, where they worked on campaigns at both national and international level, winning multiple strategic and creative awards. In 1993, they left Lowe to co-found Mustoes, where they served as Director for 12 years. During their time at Mustoes, the company won Agency of the Year and was ranked in Campaign magazine’s Top 10 UK Agencies.

In 2005, Damian joined Travel Diaries as Strategy Director. Damian helped grow the company from a start-up to a multi-million pound business, before selling it in 2013.

Most recently, Damian has been working as the Brand Development Director at Hachette Book Group. In this role, they are responsible for optimising the commercial and brand value of Hachette Books, Authors, IP, Imprints, Divisions and the Group itself. Damian has worked on strategy for authors such as JK Rowling, Stephen King and Jodi Picoult, and has conceived and developed a genre-busting and award-winning, No.1 gaming app that fused gaming and story-telling.

Damian Horner achieved a BA Hons in Psychology from the University of Sussex. Damian also attended Boston Spa Comprehensive.

They are on a team with Marco Moreno - UX Design Lead, Christa Hanson - Senior Project Manager, and Sheenam Parwanda - Contract Manager & Paralegal. Damian Horner reports to Raoul Pal, CEO & Co-Founder.
