Dragos Salceanu has held various roles in the customer service, customer success, and community management fields since 2010. From 2010-2013, they were a Game Community Manager at ESL - Turtle Entertainment, where they founded the Romanian Call of Duty section and organized events with sponsors such as Burn, Coca-Cola, Media Galaxy, DOMO, Baneasa Shopping City, and Activision. From 2013-2016, they were a Community Manager at Brainik, where they established customer focus by maximizing efficiency with real-time responses and customer driven responses. During this same time period, they were also a Customer Support Expert at Real Vision and a Customer Success Specialist at Retargeting. As Head of Customer Service at Real Vision, they are responsible for day to day activities such as talking to users, solving regular problems and handling their team, as well as more complex activities such as business planning, implementing user feedback to their roadmap, and making sure all users receive the best possible experience.
Dragos Salceanu received their Bachelor's Degree in Political Communication from the Faculty of Political Science in 2012. Prior to that, they attended the Port Said International School from 1999 to 2003.
