Sheenam Parwanda

Sheenam Parwanda has held a variety of roles in their professional career. Sheenam began as a Junior Advocate in the Supreme Court of India - Chambers of Mr. Bhargav v Desai in 2004. Sheenam then moved on to GE Capital in 2001 as a Company Secretary and Management Trainee. In 2006, they became an Associate at Vaish Associates Advocates. Sheenam then transitioned to Senior Associate at Dua Associates, Advocates in 2008. After that, they were a Corporate Lawyer at Kapil Sapra & Associates in 2009. In 2011, they became a Manager - Legal at Mytrah Energy. In 2013, they were a Legal and Contract Management at Accenture in India. Sheenam then moved on to Kapil Sapra & Associates as a Senior Associate in 2015. Most recently, they are a Contracts Manager & Paralegal at Real Vision since 2020.

Sheenam Parwanda completed their Bachelor of Laws - LLB (JD Equivalent) from Delhi University in 2004. Sheenam also earned an Associate Company Secretary from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India in 2004. In 2009, they obtained the Grad. ICSA Professional Programme from The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Contracting for Consultants from LinkedIn (2020), Contract Law: From Trust to Promise to Contract from Harvard Law School (2020), American Contract Law from Yale University - Coursera (2020), License to Practice Law in India from Bar Council of Delhi (2005), and How to Contract Member from How to Contract (2022).
