Melissa Allen

Melissa Allen has diverse work experience in the insurance and financial industries. Melissa is currently serving as the Vice President Program Manager at ReAlign Insurance Holdings, Inc. Their previous roles include Programs Director, Church Product Management Director, and Commercial Product Development Manager at GuideOne Insurance. Melissa also worked as a Product Manager, Commercial Lines, Commercial Underwriting, and Customer Service Representative II at GuideOne Insurance. Melissa has also worked at Ashworth Credit Union, where they held positions as the Vice President of Collections and Director of Internal Audit.

Melissa Allen obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Drake University, attending from 2000 to 2004. Melissa then pursued further education, earning a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Financial Management from Drake University between 2007 and 2009. Melissa also obtained a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) certification from The Institutes, where they studied from 2005 to 2007. Melissa has remained in good standing with the CPCU certification and received additional certifications, including "Effective Decision Making: Thinking Critically and Rationally" from Wharton Executive Education in November 2021.
