Mickie Henshall

Mickie Henshall has an extensive work experience in the field of marketing and diagnostics. Mickie began their career at Qbiogene as a Product Manager for Molecular Reagents. Mickie then worked at NANOGEN as a Product Manager for Molecular Diagnostics before joining Illumina, where they held multiple positions including Senior Product Manager, Market Manager, and Associate Director of Product Marketing for Molecular Diagnostics. At Illumina, they played a key role in shaping the company's Dx Program and achieving significant revenue growth.

After their time at Illumina, Mickie joined Biotix as Vice President of Marketing, where they designed the company's corporate identity and managed global marketing operations. Mickie then moved on to Accriva Diagnostics, where they served as Vice President of Marketing and successfully crafted the brand from the ground up, leading to a 20% increase in sales within a year.

Following their success at Accriva Diagnostics, Mickie joined Agena Bioscience as Vice President of Marketing, where they revamped the company's positioning and engaged core customers. Mickie also developed the company's first-ever five-year portfolio strategy.

Prior to their current role as Chief Marketing Officer at REALM IDx, Inc., Mickie served as Chief Marketing Officer/SVP of Marketing at Genomic Life, where they developed the branding and marketing strategy for a start-up focused on cancer screening.

Outside of their work in the diagnostics industry, Mickie also serves as an Independent Board Director at Volition.

Mickie Henshall received a Bachelor's degree in Integrative Biology from the University of California, Berkeley in 1996.
