The board of directors at reAlpha has a wide range of experiences and expertise, which they have gathered from working in various industries and through their educational backgrounds. Some of their previous experiences include working as an owner and president at Ben Zen Properties LLC, a financial advisor at Citi, and a language consultant at Berlitz Corporation. They also have experience working in the medical field as the head of department for prosthesis and orthotics at the World Health Organization. In terms of education, the board of directors holds degrees from the SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies in marketing/marketing management and from the All India Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in orthotics/prosthetics.
