Leah Decesare

Leah DeCesare is a dynamic professional with extensive experience in event management, writing, and education. Currently serving as the Director of Events at the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee since March 2023, Leah has also established a writing career, recognized as a TEDx speaker and the award-winning author of "Forks, Knives, and Spoons," with contributions to notable publications including The New York Times and HuffPost. Previous roles include Grub Street Instructor and Assistant Director at Bryant University, alongside a successful tenure in corporate event planning at The Savory Affair. Leah holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Salve Regina University and a Bachelor of Science in Advertising, Marketing, and French from Syracuse University.
