Rachel Shields

Rachel Shields is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management and technical program management. Currently serving as VP of Account Management at Realtor.com since March 2018, Rachel has also held the position of Senior Director of Technical Account Management and Monetization Platforms. Prior to this role, Rachel worked at AWS Elemental from May 2017 to March 2018 as Manager of Technical Program Management. Rachel's tenure at Realtor.com began in 2005 as Director of Technology, a position previously held at Move Inc. Earlier career experience includes positions as Software Development Manager at Monster.com and Consultant at Emerald Solutions, complemented by foundational experience as a Programmer at Andersen Consulting. Rachel holds a BS in Systems Science & Engineering with a Minor in Computer Science from Washington University in St. Louis.
