Karl Francetic

Karl Francetic is an experienced finance and real estate professional with a strong track record in the industry. Since January 2020, Karl has served as the Founder and Principal of Realty Investor Capital, LLC. Prior to this venture, Karl co-founded and partnered at Equity Capital Investors, LLC from September 2016 to January 2020, and held the position of Principal at Developer Capital, LLC from May 2013 to August 2016. Karl's earlier roles include Director of Developer Finance at National Retail Properties, Inc. from 2008 to 2013, and Vice President at KeyBank Real Estate Capital - Private Equity Group, Collateral Mortgage Capital, and ARCS Commercial Mortgage from 2001 to 2008. Additionally, Karl was Vice President and Chief Underwriter at Merrill Lynch Credit Corporation from 1995 to 1997, following a role as Eastern Regional Underwriting Manager at Merrill Lynch Mortgage Capital from 1994 to 1995.
