Don Flint

Don Flint has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Field Vice President at Pacific Life from 1999 to 2006. Don then worked as an Executive Recruiter at Baltimore Cambridge Group from 2006 to 2013. Following that, they served as a Corporate Recruiter at First Team Real Estate from 2013 to 2015. Don then became a Regional Recruiting Manager at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage from 2015 to 2016. Don continued their career as a Regional Recruiting Manager at Real Estate from 2016 to 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Business Development at Realty ONE Group, which they started in June 2017.

Don Flint obtained a B.S degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance and Business Economics, from the University of Southern California.
