Taylor Somera

Taylor Somera has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2007, they worked in the food and beverage service industry as a Hospitality Specialist until 2012. They also held a position as an Account Assistant/Secretary at P.I.C Industries from 2009 to 2011. In 2010, they freelanced as an event manager. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as an Account Manager at the Orange County Affiliate of Susan G Komen for the Cure. From 2013 to 2018, they held the role of Account Executive at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. Since 2018, they have been working at Realty ONE Group, initially as a Manager of Partnership Programs, then as the Director of ONE Partnerships, and currently as the Sr. Director of Strategic Partnerships and Customer Success. During their time in college, they served as the President and VP Events of the Entertainment & Tourism Club, where they oversaw various club activities and events.

Taylor Somera earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Entertainment & Tourism Management from California State University, Fullerton from 2007 to 2011. Later, from 2015 to 2018, Taylor completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Chapman University.
