Travis Adams

Travis Adams is an experienced real estate professional with a strong background in acquisitions and asset management. Currently serving as an Associate at RealtyMogul since June 2021, Travis previously held the position of Acquisitions Analyst at SHVO from January 2020 to February 2021. Prior experience includes working as an Analyst at a Real Estate Private Equity firm from June 2018 to August 2019, focusing on the acquisition and repositioning of luxury Manhattan residential properties. Additionally, Travis contributed to the capital markets team at Douglas Emmett from January 2017 to June 2018, where efforts helped close over $2 billion in real estate transactions. Travis holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Development with a minor in Architecture from the University of Southern California, attained in 2016.
