Jim Lejeal

Jim Lejeal is an experienced executive and board member with a strong background in finance and management across various technology companies. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for RealWear, Inc. and previously holding the CFO position at Absolute Software, Lejeal has a track record of significant leadership roles including CEO and cofounder of Crucible Acquisition Corporation and CFO of VictorOps and Sphero. Notably, Lejeal led the IPO of Rally Software and oversaw its acquisition by CA. With educational credentials including a BS in Management from the United States Air Force Academy and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Loyola Marymount University, Lejeal has demonstrated expertise in capital strategy and international business expansion.
