Alex Shmaltsov

Alex Shmaltsov has a diverse work experience in software engineering and development. Alex currently works as a Senior Software Engineer at Realworks BV, starting in February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Big Data Developer at Amobee from October 2021 to February 2023. Before that, they were a Senior Software Engineer at CME Group from May 2020 to October 2021.

Alex also gained experience as a Back End Developer at Puls from December 2017 to May 2020. Alex'sresponsibilities included working in Java, implementing serverless lambda architecture, and contributing to a microservices architecture running on AWS.

In 2017, Alex worked at Intuit as a Java Developer from January to December. Before this, they had a role as a Full Stack Developer at SysAid Technologies Ltd. from April 2016 to January 2017. Alex also worked as a Software Developer at SysAid, where they developed a Service Catalog from scratch using React and Redux, and worked on rest API and report module development using dynamic reports. Additionally, they developed a framework for automation tests.

Alex's earlier experience includes working as a Software Developer at UBS from 2013 to 2014. Here, they developed Java applications for monitoring the company's decision support system and gained expertise in SwingX library development, working on both client and server components.

Alex Shmaltsov obtained an Engineer's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Alex attended the university from 2011 to 2015.
