Ruby Lin

Ruby Lin is a Customer Success Associate at Reap, specializing in maximizing product value and customer education since December 2023. Previously, Ruby served as a Management Associate at HTC VIVE, leading market research on the Metaverse and analyzing VR and AR trends from July to October 2023. Earlier experience includes a role as a Business Consultant at beBit, focusing on digital transformation for an overseas education company, and an internship in Sales & Trading at Cathay Securities Corporation. Ruby also contributed to a competitive project at 25sprout, which achieved third prize in a national case competition. Additional experience encompasses marketing internships at ANGECHERI and campus ambassador work with CENTURY 21®. Ruby holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from National Chengchi University and has pursued exchange studies at noted institutions including the University of California, Berkeley, and Rotterdam School of Management.
