Micha Nicheva

Micha Nicheva is an accomplished design strategist with extensive experience in various roles within the design and art sectors. Currently serving as Head of Design Strategy at Reason and as a Product & Service Strategy Advisor at ForMore, Micha also co-founded the Metaart Foundation, dedicated to promoting emerging artists in Bulgaria. Previous positions include Design Lead at Made by Many and Senior Service Designer at Globant, where design expertise was applied to solve business challenges. Micha has contributed as a Mentor at the University of the Arts London and as a Judge for D&AD's New Blood 2019. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Advertising from Buckinghamshire New University.
