Chris Wood has over 18 years of experience in IT service delivery management, currently serving as an IT Service Delivery Manager at ReAssure since October 2014, where responsibilities include managing service delivery for key internal departments and implementing service level agreements (SLAs). Prior to this, Chris held similar roles at Phones 4u, supporting a large-scale multi-channel retail operation, and at Pipex Communications, where leadership resulted in a 25% reduction in incoming call volume. Earlier experience includes positions at Atos Origin and Vodafone, contributing to a strong foundation in IT service management and incident handling. Chris is an alumnus of Clough Hall Technology School, attended from 1987 to 1992.
