Erle Plant

Erle Plant has an extensive work experience in sales and account management. They began their career in 1997 as a Major Account Sales Representative at California Office Systems, where they successfully managed and grew accounts for small businesses and Fortune 500 companies. They also served as a Sales Manager, overseeing a team of 10 sales representatives and expanding the company's market reach.

In 2014, Erle joined Biodex Medical Systems Inc. as a Sales Representative, responsible for the entire sales process and account management in Southern California, Arizona, Nevada, and Hawaii. They later became a Senior Sales Account Executive, mentoring new sales representatives and delivering product and sales training. Erle facilitated product testing and received recognition as a top-rated sales representative.

In 2020, Erle worked as an Account Manager at Direct Funding Now, a leading provider of small business funding. They provided working capital programs and supported business growth through expertise and streamlined services.

Erle's work experience also includes roles at SyncThink, Inc. as a Sales Representative, Vonco Medical, Rehab & Fitness as a Senior Sales Professional, OxeFit as the Western Sales Director, and Reaxing as a Sales Representative in the Medical Division. Erle Plant attended California State University, Fullerton from 1992 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science. In addition, they obtained the Warrior Selling Practitioner certification from FPG (Forrest Performance Group) in March 2021.
