Binay Kumar

Binay Kumar is an experienced Executive Chef currently with Rebel Foods (Formerly Faasos) since July 2016, focusing on new product development and brand launches. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Chef at Mirah Hospitality, overseeing the opening of three sports bars, staffing, training, and maintaining food quality from July 2012 to June 2016. Earlier roles include Sous Chef at Ramada Navi Mumbai Hotel, managing menu planning and staff training, and positions at The Orchid, Mumbai, where responsibilities spanned from junior sous chef operations to chef de partie duties. Binay's culinary career began as Lead Line Cook with Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd., and earlier roles included positions as Commi in notable establishments. Binay holds a degree in Hotel Management from IHMCTAN Kolkata and a Bachelor of Applied Science from Co-operative College.
