Billy Yang

Billy Yang serves as the VP of Finance and Accounting at Rebellion Defense, overseeing all finance and accounting operations, including financial planning, GAAP accounting, and investor reporting. Prior to this role, Billy held positions at RealD as VP of Finance, where responsibilities included company-wide financial management and revenue modeling, and at Douglas Emmett as VP of FP&A, focusing on corporate financial reporting. Experience also includes directing FP&A at Rentech, managing finances at Cisco Systems for both business unit and corporate development, serving as a Sr. Financial Analyst at Toyota Financial Services, and working as a Sr. Associate at KPMG LLP. Billy holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Business/Managerial Economics and Accounting from UCLA.
