Moritz Springer

Moritz Springer's work experience begins in 2013 as a Praktikant at Aigner Immobilien GmbH. In 2014, they worked as a Praktikant at Engel & Völkers Commercial München before transitioning to a Dualer Student role at the same company. From 2017 to 2018, Moritz worked as a Werkstudent Human Resources at The Linde Group, where they were involved in tasks such as zeugniserstellung and organizing personal documents. In 2018, they became a Werkstudent HR/Recruiting at Ray Sono AG, where they handled tasks such as applicant management and maintaining the applicant pool. From 2019 to 2021, Moritz held the role of Werkstudent Talent- und Führungskräfteentwicklung at Cross Consult GbR, where they assisted in various tasks such as organizing workshops and seminars and maintaining contact with participants. Most recently, starting in 2021, Moritz has been working at Rebike Mobility as a Junior HR Manager and has recently transitioned to the role of HR Manager.

Moritz Springer's education history includes earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Angewandte Psychologie from Hochschule Fresenius from 2016 to 2019.
