Clade Lindström is the head of customer support at Rebtel. Clade has over 8 years of experience in customer relations and has been responsible for setting up workflow processes to ensure company key performance indicators are achieved. Clade has also prepared procedural guidelines and training manuals/materials to improve service delivery. Lindström has carried out company QMS for Rebtel's global offices in South East Asia, Europe, and South America.
Clade Lindström's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from St. Scholastica's College Manila, a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from St. Scholastica's College, and a High School Diploma from Maryhill College. Clade also has certification from Amadeus Corporate University as a Marine Travel Professional and from the Philippine Trade Training Center as an Internal Quality Auditor.
