What you get to do

  • Address user tickets regarding user hardware, operating system, application software, network connectivity, and cloud services, triaging and escalating as appropriate.
  • Conduct troubleshooting in-person and remotely.
  • Develop, refine, and provide step-by-step documentation of procedures for fellow IT personnel and end users.
  • Proactively ensure on-site systems are functional.
  • Procure and provision computers and accounts for new users, de-provisioning and reimaging upon separation and managing computer and license inventories.    
  • Assist with high visibility IT project implementations.
  • Gain exposure to diverse technologies and co-develop a training plan to build competency in areas of mutual interest. 

What you bring to the Team

  • 2+ years' experience supporting end users both in person and remote.
  • Experience servicing tickets in a help desk ticketing system.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable understanding of workstation and user technologies including Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Azure Active Directory through professional experience, certifications, and/or personal projects.
  • Experience with MacOS and Intune, preferred.
  • Demonstrable understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a geographically distributed team.
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends.
  • Willingness to travel 10%.

  • Commuting distance to one of these locations and willingness to work in office three days/week:
    • Nashua, NH
    • Kalamazoo, MI
    • New Kensington, PA
