They also played a pivotal role in strategic planning efforts related to operations at Rivian.

Before joining Tesla, CJ worked at Milwaukee Tool as a Sr. Project Engineer, and at Harley-Davidson Motor Company in different capacities. At Harley-Davidson, they served as a Process Improvement Lead, where they provided guidance on strategic portfolio management and prioritization of initiatives. CJ also held engineering roles, including leading launch efforts for CKD strategies in Brazil and India and implementing process improvement initiatives.
