Mayur Malaviya has over 12 years of work experience in various roles within the engineering field. Mayur is currently working as a Senior Vehicle Durability Engineer at Re:Build Manufacturing since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Magna International as a Senior Structural Engineer from May 2022 to July 2023. In this role, they were responsible for parent metal, welds, SPR, and FDS durability and NVH analysis of a Next Generation Delivery Vehicle. Mayur also conducted NVH and durability analysis of the Rear Cradle Assembly.

Prior to that, Mayur worked at L&T Technology Services Limited from 2011 to 2017, where they served as a CAE Lead and Engineering Analyst. In these roles, they led a team of CAE analysts, executed analysis projects for clients in various industries, and performed structural, thermal, modal, vibration, and fatigue simulations.
Earlier in their career, Mayur worked at the Institute for Plasma Research as a Project Engineer from 2009 to 2011, where they conducted conceptual design and analysis of various components for a fusion grade nuclear reactor.

Mayur Malaviya completed their Master of Technology (M.Tech.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nirma University in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India in 2009. In 2010, they obtained a Post Graduate Certificate in Project Management (PGCPM) from Indira Gandhi National Open University. Additionally, they have obtained a Certification in Value Engineering from L&T Technology Services Limited in June 2017.
